Nahe des Isartals, mit Blick auf die Bayerischen Foothills, the Karwendel and the weather presents a modern stone house by the Munich architect Andreas Staudacher. With much dedication was down here during the planning of the building to the variety of perspectives, value. The careful integration of the plot in the beautiful surroundings has an overarching goal of the exterior design. The entrance gives visitors the feel of a rural property with orchard and large garden areas, identified by the rich-like Staudensäume are marked. The gently sloping hillside garden with mature trees is broken by a modern southeast concrete wall in three levels, most of which consist of dormant lawns. Also in the south of the draft presented thematically-country course, ample Staudensäume, isolated native trees and shrubs provide intriguing views of the surrounding landscape.
