We currently do not have much, it spin so isolated an invoice (the Land purchase makes itself felt slowly in full effect), but otherwise it is ordered to quiet house construction.
early next year, we have a date for the bathroom and also once again planning a date for the kitchen .... no later then you read something new from us
Today we wish all readers first of all a merry Christmas, a happy and a lot of success, happiness and health for 2011!

the offer for the property-specific work is now also in front of us, time was 2 December 2010 ... we'd get quite appointed at short notice, so I unfortunately was not present ... Erik could but fortunately between teaching and other school event set up at short notice and was able to pursue the work .... was probably pretty loud ... The drill, however, had surprisingly no problems with the frozen ground ... Back to offer .... we had sooo much hoped that we would be less than the projected cost ... unfortunately not! Someone has debris on our property verbuddelt * grrrrrr *! And it's all been able to begin so beautiful ... but at least we do not build on an Indian graveyard, and no toxic waste dump ... yet we are at the point, 1,000 € over the budgeted figures ... surely you have with something every time likely hoped, but we had a different result ... You can not change, now is just so ... let's see what surprises us in the future, however at a cost like this:)

In terms of floor plan has been received (as with many others) have also changed a bit .... However, all is not final ... our site selection ....
... was not as easy as I thought ... by because we are looking for 'nen beautiful land in Bielefeld ... look yes see no! Here Erik never wanted to get out of Bielefeld, when all friends live there, and especially where one could go even walk into the City (Erik did not even in our common 2 years ago) ;-) I had Leopoldshöhe already on once wondered aloud, however, was the "then" not an issue and was not up for debate ... After our financial appointment but had to Erik hear from other people that the Bielefeld "dream" is expensive and not easy to implement .... unless you would like to Sennestadt (that too was ruled out for Erik) or live anywhere else outside ... after not too long back and forth, pro and con was Erik von Leopoldshöhe no longer so reluctant, he had apparently only times closer to the idea deal .... Ultimately, was the befriending Leo seems not too difficult ...
We now have officially recognized our property by Leopold in height and the beautiful: an absolute development area (I was after driving through some new areas, including in Leopoldshöhe, somewhat startled by this clean development areas) ... we have one of six newly developed land, within walking distance to school and center in the town center.

Our land has an area of 437 square meters (small but fine) and is accessed from the north ... then we will remain the beautiful south side of the garden. Then you can see the panoramic view, the time Erik has puzzled together .... to the west one finds even a yellow Viebrockhaus, the neighbors to the east have already begun to build ... the floor plate is already visible ... let's see when we will get to know our neighbors.
