... although we have got to the same period a long time, we were now on just before the big event 14.02. but not so happy!
I (Sara) could not make the deadline for professional reasons ... many miles kept me away from the sampling ... on prior request, we were already "then" told on appointment, that the sampling can be found exclusively in the week. So we have done so on the Saturday before the sampling (again) on the way to Fallingbostel, you can change it not stop and it was therefore not a big annoyance for us .... Not yet!
When we then with pen and paper, color samples of our kitchen and laminate and camera the way through the wide hall ran made us a very short time, a chic dressed Viebrock-workers with a young couple, accompanied by Mami + Papi on the way ... surprised and slightly irritated (but today is Saturday?!) Erik asked nicely at the information desk if it was still possible to conduct sampling at the weekend. Less customer-friendly came from an older gentleman then a terse reply that it was last this is a re-sampling the 20 minutes would. Finally, we have
continued our tour of the Hall on ... always "accompanied" the extended family ... the father had a rather pushy and loud organ and had to really think everything's declare it and comment on all ... was from 20 minutes at the re-sampling then a two-hour consultation and walk through the hall, we had the feeling that he has previously given no "initial sampling" ... or the young people could simply not set without mom and dad ... at least we were eroded considerably after the afternoon in Fallingbostel.
then we have communicated our displeasure even Mrs Grüter by email ... a little disappointed we are at the moment already, given how one is perceived not as a customer seriously .... Despite the considerable amount that we must now pull the trigger for such a really nice house. We hope that after the construction phase more enjoyable ... yes we do not even get the powdered butt but the service is a little different right now than we would wish for ... SO, enough bitching that needed to be said ... Finally, we write here about our experiences during the entire planning and construction phase and is very easy to do!

This part of the sampling was completed fairly quickly.

We both are not swimmers, we actually found a bath so almost superfluous in the bathroom design. But since it under the incline are no obstacles (such as the bathroom was planned in the original) and you may soak the offspring later times must I then decided for a "reasonable" body shape tub ... about twice a year I bathe then yes but if the opportunity is already there ;-) It is the tub "Derby" by Vigour

For the shower we had already agreed in advance on a faucet with thermostat, we must proceed no longer with the temperature setting as much flair. Viebrock had even been a Thermosatarmatur in stock, but this was not yet attached to the exhibition space:

Just missing the tiles in the bathroom ... in the shower, we chose 30 cm high and 90cm wide tiles (high-gloss white) decided. Otherwise, we have, as best I could be waived tiles in the bathroom, then you can see details in the 3D view.
All floor tiles in the house we have chosen 45 x 45 cm. In the kitchen anthracite for use in our planned laminate in a light Sandton, the remaining rooms have the same tile only. Since we have the bright tiles photo is somehow lost, only the dark element:
The color of the clinker I have enforced me, it is the brown and blue bricks from the C400:
The alternative of Cambridge dark-brick would have been, it is certainly beautiful, but I was afraid that our "mitohneDrempel" house would look like this stocky ... However, we think now, that the choice was right! Pointing is kept dark, in anthracite ... 500 € extra charge, for whatever reason? The roof is held to black.

The interior doors are "decorative white ash, the we have z Zt see in our apartment and not so bad off, if you get used to it ;-) first support has a fine wood grain.
The door handles are made of stainless steel and most recently, probably in the equipment, including family, Mrs. Bode himself was visibly surprised
Where we are on door handles and locks: The toilet doors will receive a special lock that you can close without key .... and the kitchen floor to ceiling windows will be closed from the outside ... one can carry the groceries into the kitchen or maybe even reap the garden fresh herbs for cooking ;-)
Our staircase is a classic book stairs, but with stainless steel rods. By the way, now may be many former selection-plus homeowners upset: the stairs are there now in various Species in the A + equipment included!
Last but not least would look forward Erik on a glass door in the study, but there are really not without cost (about 500 - € 600 ).... the reasoning for this are not yet finalized
